I only had to wait 2.5 weeks for my day surgery, and could not have had a better experience. I was very well looked after by both nurses and Dr Ranasinghe. There was a small waiting room, and I felt comfortable throughout.

Following a successful skin cancer operation 12 years ago, I found myself in the care of a remarkable surgeon Dr Ranasinghe. At this anxious time, She has always filled me with hope and great confidence as she dealt with subsequent operation’s and treatments, always in such a caring and gentle way. Her knowledge and expertise have no doubt kept me cancer free. Even during surgery Dr Ranasinghe and her team treated me with kindness and respect and I remember the happy relaxed atmosphere in the operating theatre- I almost wanted to stay!! I am now 78 and partially sighted, my daughter accompanied me to my recent appointment, she marvelled at our warm sincere reception given by Dr Ranasinghe and her nurse. My daughter showed Dr Ranasinghe the areas of concern which she treated in her usual efficient way. Dr Ranasinghe turns an appointment that most people would dread or feel anxious about, into a happy and reassuring experience. Thank you Dr Ranasinghe from the bottom of my heart. Dr Ranasinghe was so incredibly helpful to me when I found a lesion on my face and my GP felt it wise to refer me to rule out skin cancer. At an already anxious time, it was proving impossible to find a Consultant who could see me before July/August. Dr Ranasinghe listened to my concerns and agreed to see me at short notice (flexing her own diary and consultations to do so) and reassuringly put my mind at rest, provided diagnosis and scheduled follow up treatment. Dr Ranasinghe exemplifies exceptional customer care.
